  • We love the natural variations in cowhides and how every single coat we make is completely unique. What you see in the listing is just a representation of what your coat will look like, so we encourage you to embrace the differences in your custom piece. The fact that every coat is one-of-a-kind is what makes it so exciting!

However, we understand that you may not be entirely satisfied with your coat. If that's the case, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges. Please email alli@allimarye.com and we'll do our best to help you find a coat that you'll love.

  • Caring for your Cowhide Coat is essential to keep it looking its best. Please note that this coat is dry clean only, and we recommend using a company that has experience with handling animal skin. But to address immediate spots or dirt, gently blot with a lightly damp rag, but avoid soaking or letting the hide get too wet. You can also use a lint roller or a vacuum to clean any lint or debris caught in the hair.

When storing your coat, make sure to keep it in a cool, dry, and airy position, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, or damp environments as this can cause the leather to dry out and crack. Also, do not store the coat in airtight plastic packaging because the leather needs to breathe, and moisture can become trapped, causing damage.

Please avoid ironing the coat. Instead, we recommend using a clothing steamer on low to release any wrinkles or odors in the lining, but please do this sparingly. If you have any questions or concerns about caring for your coat, please don't hesitate to contact us at alli@allimarye.com."

  • We take great care in packaging and shipping our Cowhide Coats to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, sometimes cowhides can develop creases from being folded during shipping. Please DO NOT try to iron these out, as this can damage the leather.

Instead, to release any creases, we recommend laying the coat flat or hanging it up, and they will release over time. If you're having a particularly difficult time with this, we're always happy to assist with more intensive tips. Just send an email to alli@allimarye.com, and we'll do our best to help you out.

  • The Cowhide coats are constructed in Los Angeles California with materials sourced from Brazil, Africa, Europe, South Korea, and the United States.
